PKLUBE Ep3 Grease Lithium Soap for Bearing and Machinery

Extreme Pressure Grerase is formulated with a lithium soap thickener and high-quality mineral base oil. It contains rust and oxidation inhibitors, and extreme pressure and  anti-wear additives to ensure excellent performance and long life, even in severe service conditions where high temperatures, shock loading and water contamination are possible.
 

 

Features & Advantages

 

1.Excellent extreme pressure and anti-wear properties protect heavily loaded or shock-loaded bearings from wear, extending equipment life;

2.Lithium soap thickener ensures good mechanical stability, so the grease structure does not soften or break down in service;

3.High-quality base oil ensures a good oil film thickness is maintained, even in high-temperature applications, protecting components from wear;

4.Good thermal and oxidation stability ensure longer grease life under high-temperature conditions, providing optimum lubrication, extending equipment life and reducing maintenance requirements;

5. Grease adheres strongly to metal surfaces, sealing out dirt and abrasive materials, to ensure longer lubricating intervals.

 

Application

 

Extreme Pressure Grease is suitable for lubricating bearings and gears of medium load mechanical equipment, such as cold rolling mill and hot rolling mill and blast furnace accessory equipment, steel-making lifter equipment in metallurgical industry. It can also be widely used for the lubrication of equipment and heavy-duty vehicle in mine and other industry.
