Aluminum Complex grease contains aluminum stearate as a thickener and solid lubricant particles of fine graphite. The lubricant is free from bitumen, heavy metals, solvents and raw materials containing chlorine, and allows to subject the friction points to well-defined wear. PK Lube Aluminum Complex Grease reduces surface roughness and improves the tooth flank quality which makes it also suitable for corrective lubrication if tooth flanks are damaged. Excellent water resistance and oxidation stability make it suitable for marine use.
Features and advantages:
Aluminum Complex Grease gives excellent protection against rust and corrosion and is resistant against oxidation. The heavy shock load absorption properties in combination with a good stay in place makes the grease capable of protecting the bearings even at high loads. The product lubricates and protects under the most severe circumstances like damp and wet conditions. In the presence of water, a good lubricating film will be maintained.
Typical applications:
Excellent water resistance and oxidation stability make it suitable for marine machines, industrial metallurgical engineering, machinery in food industry, etc. Including large scale rolling mill, sintering machine and other conveying system equipment.
